This charming apartment, ideally located on the ground floor, a calm interior courtyard, with a space to park your bikes, in the heart of the old town, allows you to enjoy the activities of the city while being protected from the hustle. On one level, it has an independent entrance, its access is easy, no staircase to climb with your luggage, stroller…. Completely renovated, it can accommodate up to 4 adults and has all the comfort necessary to have a great stay. With a surface of 48 m², it consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen (induction plate, hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezing compartment, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Pierrade/Raclette). The kitchen is open to the dining area, and to the living room with easily convertible bench in 140x 200 beds. The separate bedroom has a Queen Size bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a basin, a large shower, a hairdryer and a washing/drying machine, the hanging WC is separated. The plus: a private 14 m² terrace allows you to enjoy the beautiful days. The services are as follows: beds made, toiletry, house and table linen, cleaning and reception products, wifi, cot and baby chair.

I am happy to welcome you to my cottage side colmar. I completely renovated it and decorated with passion to allow you to spend a pleasant and comfortable stay. I hope you will feel at home! I also offer accommodation in my other cottage side COLMAR. I also renovated it and you can enjoy a private 80 m² garden in the heart of Colmar. The privileged situation of my lodges in this central and historical part of Alsace offers you many tourist, gastronomic and historical riches. Visiting, feasting on, enjoying, relaxing, succumbing to the charms of Colmar, this is the stake of your getaway in the heart of Alsace! I remain at your disposal for any information or advice useful for the smooth running of your stay, which I wish you very pleasant in this magnificent region.

Located in the favorite neighborhood of travelers, in the famous rue des Marchands, with its half-timbered houses, the Maison Pfister, the Bartholdi Museum, the Collegiate Church of Saint Martin, the Christmas and Easter markets, restaurants, bars, shops, parking lots a stone's throw away.
