Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you : Come and enjoy the alpine air of this charming apartment in a chalet at the foot of the slopes of the 1800 resort, located in a 4* residence in the heart of the Orres resort, with a surface area of 43 m² and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 14 m², equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom. You will be able to take advantage of its shared relaxation area: swimming pool and sauna! Covered private parking space, Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 14 m² with sofa and TV. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee maker... On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: a bunk bed and a double sofa bed. - A bathroom with bathtub. - A separate toilet. Exterior: - A 2m² balcony accessible from the bedroom with the double bed on the floor. - A terrace of 8,5m² accessible from the living room with 2 folding armchairs. Common area: - The outdoor swimming pool (heated) as well as the wellness area (spa) of the residence are open from the first week of the Christmas vacations until mid-April and during the school vacations: July/August. Opening dates and times are not binding and are subject to change by the residence. The swimming pool of 10x5m has an electric shutter and is fenced. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - Animals are allowed in the accommodation. - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
