Rachel was the most wonderful hostess. Before we got there, she was sending us information regarding her exact location. We were there for our honeymoon, and I can honestly say it was perfection. Rachel‘s home is clean, warm, inviting, and very unusual. Rachel made us feel very special and welcome from the first moment we stepped in the accommodation. Her attention to every detail is excellent. Breakfast was a highlight of our day Rachel puts on a spread that is second to none. Local produce of juice’s, jams, cheeses and meats. All served with a smile. She also gave recommendations for evening meals and local villages to visit.

This is not a hotel. It is so much more! A beautiful home and Rachel made us feel like royalty! Her breakfast was the most beautifully presented meal, that included home made breads, jams, honey from her family's hives, strawberries from her back garden and so much more. We became friends and her hospitality set the bar for an amazing stay. A 10 minute walk and you are in Petite Venice in Colmar / short walk to the train station. I would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful town in this stunning home.

We loved everything about the property. From the location on a quiet street in Colmar, near a beautiful park with a rose garden smelling divine, to the beautiful building itself, a villa full of old, beautifully restored details by Rachel, the owner. To the comfort of the room itself and, above all, the care and attention to every detail provided by Rachel. We felt spoilt by her. Each morning the breakfast on the front porch was a fresh surprise of berries and flowers picked from the garden, as well as local products of the highest quality, locally grown or home made.
