If you're spending a few days or a few weeks in Nantes, whether on business, on vacation or just for the weekend, don't miss out on this charming cocoon! Located on the second floor (no elevator) of a quiet building, it features a beautiful living room with open kitchen and sitting area, a small bedroom with en-suite shower room and separate WC. You'll love the apartment's warm atmosphere and harmonious decor. Recently renovated and perfectly equipped, the Carmen offers you a pleasant interlude in the heart of the city, in a quiet location (bedroom facing the courtyard)... The apartment is laid out and equipped as follows: - Entrance opening onto living room - Fully-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, hob, multi-function oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and many kitchen utensils) - Cosy living room (approx. 40 m²) with TV, magnificent decorative fireplace (not usable) and high ceilings - Quiet, courtyard-side bedroom (bed 140x200) with intimate atmosphere - Pretty little shower room adjoining the bedroom - Separate WC. Naturally, WiFi is available and included in the price of your rental! Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided, and beds are made on arrival. Neighborhood and transportation In the heart of Nantes, close to the Château, you'll be just a few steps from all the shops and restaurants, parking lots and transport links. You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to strolling around Place Royale, visiting the most beautiful monuments such as Cathédrale Saint Pierre or doing a little shopping on Rue Crébillon. The Machines de l'île, with its famous elephant, is just 3 streetcar stops away. The Cité des Congrès is less than 1 km away. Join "Commerce", 5 min from the apartment, to take advantage of the many bus lines and 3 tramway lines. The Nantes SNCF train station is a 5-minute streetcar ride away ("Bouffay" or "Duchesse Anne" stops). For the airport, allow around 20 minutes by bus from the station. By car: the Feydeau underground parking lot is 100 m away and the Ile Gloriette outdoor parking lot is 400 m away.
