Welcome to our home. We are a small B&B having three double bedrooms all with private bathroom facilities. Our aim is to provide good, clean accommodation at a good price. We are cycle friendly and have secure cycle storage on site along with bike wash facilities and a cycle workshop. More photos are available on our Facebook page

We are Kevin Byers and Beverley Hall. We are an english couple. We are both keen cyclists, with Kevin being a former professional cyclist who is a member of a local amateur racing team competing regularly during the road racing season. He also participates in cycle sportives held in the Midi Pyrenees. I am an enthusiastic leisure cyclist!! We do have a tandem and have been known to enter the flatter terrain sportives riding the tandem. I also do like to discover the area by foot with our dog Flynn.

The B&B is in the village of Loubieres, in the foothills of the Pyrenees. Being approx 5km from Foix the location is a great base for the outdoor enthusiast. Foix is a vibrant town, being the administrative centre for the Ariege and as such has many activities throughout the year. Being close to the TDF cols and the flatter Cathar wine countryside we have ideal cycling terrain to suit all abilities and fitness with many kilometres of quiet country lanes and vtt tracks for the off road cyclist. The area has a wealth of paths for you to discover by foot, with the Chemin de la Liberte within easy distance, we do have maps available. From May to September there are water activities - white water rafting, kayaking, canoeing, rafting, mountain activities such as via ferrata, canyoning. Foix railway station is approx 4km with regular trains to Toulouse and Le Tour de Carol from where trains into spain can be caught and the tourist 'yellow train'. There are many medieval towns within reach - Carcassonne, Mirepoix, St Lizier etc. And of course we are aprox half an hour away from ski stations Ax Le Therme, Plateau de Beille and many local smaller stations.
