The apartment is located near Palais de Justice, at the very bottom of Blvd Carnot. This means a less than 10 minutes’ walk to the Palais & sandy beaches. Great to go out too, with many restaurants/bars within 5-7 min. Come & experience it for yourself!

The apartment is located Rue du 11 Novembre, a dead-end street at the bottom end of newly refurbished Boulevard Carnot, 5 minutes' walk from Cannes's main train and bus station. Traffic is limited and parking is free. The neighborhood is wonderful: everyone seems to know each other; an oasis of calm right by the buzz of Rue d'Antibes and the Croisette; a very short walk to the many local shops,bars and restaurants, including popular boulangerie Boutigny and its yummy breads and pastries. Cannes can offer such diverse experiences to guests, from world class events to sporting activities, relaxing days on the beach or exploring the nearby islands de Lerins. The Film Festival in May brings glamour and people watching; the summer months bring heat, long days at the beach and gorgeous fireworks; all year round brings great food experiences and top-class shopping! Popular points of interest near the apartment include Plage de la Croisette, Palais des Festivals de Cannes and the Church of Notre Dame d' Esperance. The nearest airport is Nice Côte d' Azur Airport, 12.4 miles from the apartment. How to get to the apartment 1- Taxi service i. Official taxis are available at Nice airport on arrival. Approx time of transfer is 30-40 minutes. ii. Alternatively, you can call ahead one of the many Taxi companies available (minicabs). iii. Uber is also an option! 2- Train The closest train station is CANNES VILLE. It is located approx. 5 min' walk from the apartment. 3- Bus i. Express Bus 210 – picks you up directly from T1 or T2 at Nice airport and drops you right in front of Cannes Train Station. Very convenient because it goes directly to Cannes via the motorway, non-stop. The journey time is approx 45 min and it leaves every 30 min from 10am to 7pm every day. ii. A much cheaper option is Bus 200. This line takes you from outside the airport Terminals to anywhere in the Riviera for a small fee. Takes from 1h15 to 1h45 to reach Cannes Train Station due to many stops.
