Hello, The housing is located in a quiet residential street. The apartment is a newly renovated 45m2 T2 that can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a living room with a dining area, a large bedroom overlooking a terrace, a bathroom, and a kitchen. It is located on the ground floor of an old beautiful building, close to DISNEYLAND PARIS (25 minutes by car and 45 minutes by public transport) and close to amenities (2 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot).

Ideally located, close to: Shops (bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, snacking, Super U, gas stations and bar 2 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot) Disney and Val d'Europe (25 minutes by car and 45 minutes by public transport) Les Arcades shopping center (site of the Hunger Games movie) Perfectly located for tourists who want to be close to Paris while being in a quiet and secure neighborhood. Bus and RER E 5 minutes on foot; RER A 25 minutes by bus and 10 minutes by car. Highway A4 (5 minutes by car) You can travel by car or on foot to get to the city center. A parking space is available to travelers within the residence. Possibility of free parking on the street in case of a second car.
