We propose to you to the rent, in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, this charming apartment in front of the beach of Pen Guen, of a surface of 80 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², an open kitchen equipped, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace overlooking beautiful green spaces. Wifi included, we are waiting for you! The very bright apartment is composed as follows: Day space: - A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa and dining area - An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee pods... Night space: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower - Separate toilet Exterior: - A South-East facing terrace with garden furniture available to enjoy the beautiful days. - Small terraces facing West at the level of the rooms. - An outdoor park common to the residence with a petanque ground. For even more comfort : high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.
