Brand new premium apartment in the center of Tórshavn. Do you prefer short walking distances to attractions like the old part of Tórshavn, Skansin Fort, Tinganes, á Reyni, the local brewery OY, bus terminal and the shopping mall? We got it! A brand new, elegant-styled premium apartment with all modern facilities. Highly rated restaurants like Áarstova, Barbara Fish House, The Tarv, and Katrina Christiansen etc. All within 0,8 km distance. Next door supermarket open 7 days a week & organic bakery 50m down the road. We offer free private parking. The apartment, which was ready in 2023, features high ceiling and quality furniture with Jensen beds in the bedrooms. The apartment will provide you with facilities such as free Wi-Fi, kitchen facilities, fridge, a living room with a sofa and dining table and Smart-TV etc. The bathroom has modern design and holds a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. Towels will be provided as well. The apartment also features a desk and a chair if you need to work while visiting. Sleeps: The bedroom features a Queen Size bed (160x200cm). Outside the bedroom, beside the stairs as you see on the pictures, there is a Country Twin Size bed (120x200cm). If you are 4 guests you will be provided with an extra foldable bed (90x200cm) if you prefer. Then you have 3 beds.
