Property information

Villa Mustikka is located close to Helsinki Capital area and you can rent this large premium cottage for your vacation or business offsite meeting. Unique over 15 hectares area offers you and your family an opportunity to spend your vacation in an exceptional and versatile area. Perfect privacy close to the sea, up at the hill. Three large bedrooms for up to six persons. There is a well equipped kitchen with a fridge with freezer, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a large sauna where you can enjoy good steam and then cool down at the terrace. Or enjoy the view while warming up in the optional outdoor jacuzzi. Water comes from deep well, there is hot water boiler, shower and a separate toilet. This place is located in Southern Finland. Short (just 25 minutes by car) distance to the city of Tammisaari, with supermarkets, take-away food, shops and restaurants. We also have a new tennis court and Beach Volley field, available exclusively for our guests. Ranch's beach is within walking distance (about 300 meters). In the large dining room the whole family can enjoy your dining moment with a view. You can also arrange meetings either by the dining room or by the large coach table. At the front terrace there is a Weber gas grill, which enables you to barbecue perfect steaks and fish alike. In the summer weather you can also enjoy eating outside at the outside table. You can even rent the outdoor jacuzzi located at the back terrace. What would be more relaxing than watching the stars from the jacuzzi? The villa has wireless internet and television.

This beautiful place offers perfect environment for a relaxing vacation with privacy in the Finnish mainland archipelago. The villa has private sauna and optional outdoor jacuzzi and there is a beautiful sandy beach and swimming pier nearby, Lounge by the Sea, and you can even rent private tennis court and Beach Volley field. Great fishing opportunities make your family vacation an unforgettable experience.
