We welcome you to stay at our luxury villa. Our villa is located between two clear water ponds (spring-based). You can go swimming at our beach, spend time in the hot tub and try an authentic Finnish sauna. Villa is equipped with an efficient air heat pump, so in summer it’s chilly and in winter it’s warm. You can also find all the basic equipment from the villa, so you can make food on the stove or on the grill. Our water comes from drilled well, so it’s very clean and you can drink it. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and two other rooms have two separate beds. There is an air bed also available if your group has more than six people. Villa is located 42 kilometers from Joensuu and 52 kilometers from the closest airport. The closest store locates in Kiihtelysvaara which is 10 kilometers away from the villa. We recommend renting a car as it’s the easiest way to get to our villa. There is free parking space available. The closest neighbors are located on the opposite side of the pond. There is no straight view of other cottages. The neighbors are also rarely there, so you can have your own time at our villa!
