Our brand GETAWAY Homes for Rent was born in 2014, when a group of three people with extensive experience in property management and tourism decided to offer travellers, cosy and different properties in special areas of Gran Canaria. Our main objective has always been to meet the expectations of a holiday trip H2H (Home to Home), offering our guests the experience of living like a local resident. That is to say, to be able to enjoy day by day all the activities, gastronomy and culture that our cosy islands have to offer, added to the wonderful warm climate that we have all year round and that makes us enjoy the beautiful and different beaches of the island.

The flat "Zeus" is located on the first floor, has a terrace, a bedroom, an open-plan kitchen, a living-dining room and a bathroom. It is accessible, exterior, soundproofed, modern and bright, with capacity for three people and has all the comforts you could wish for. The east-facing terrace, where you can admire incredible sunrises, has outdoor furniture ideal for reading outdoors or enjoying a glass of wine and good conversation. The bedroom is stylishly decorated with careful attention to detail and modern touches, the average size of the bed is 1.5 metres, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The living/dining room has a large window and offers a three-seater sofa bed, smart TV and side tables. The dining room has a table and three chairs, which can also be used for working, as the chairs are very comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen has a combined fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor fan, complete kitchenware and small appliances, as well as a water purifier. In the bathroom, apart from the WC, washbasin and shower tray, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer together with a storage unit, where the hairdryer is. In short, it is the perfect place to disconnect, relax and enjoy an unforgettable holiday. The building is located in Gran Canaria, one of the most beautiful islands of the Canary archipelago, inaugurated in July 2023 and belongs to the municipality of Telde, between the beaches of Melenara (140 metres away) and Salinetas (250 metres away). Sustainability, accessibility and smart locks have been taken into account in order to forget about the possible problems that keys can cause. Melenara Beach is 350 metres long and 30 metres wide, with black volcanic sand and a wide range of restaurants that allow you to enjoy the rich and varied local gastronomy. Melenara is a quiet and very familiar beach, with parking and spa, with bathing service, adapted for disabled people, lifeguard service throughout the year, children's playground and blue flag.
