Property information

Villa Romani is a delightful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. The private swimming pool is to the rear of the villa, facing south, making it the perfect sun-trap during the day. There is plenty of space to sunbathe and the brick BBQ is conveniently located by the kitchen. Additionally have fun with the table tennis and billiard tables in the villa grounds. Glass panels spanning 3 sides of the living area frame the magnificent sea views from the front of the house. Above the dining table has a glass roof with a draw-back blind - the perfect setting for dining under the stars! The adjacent, galley-style kitchen is well-equipped and contemporary, with a door onto the BBQ terrace. There is also a utility room adjacent to the kitchen which houses the washing machine. The double bedroom is at the back of the villa and has patio doors onto the pool terrace, as well as an en suite shower room. The 2 twin bedrooms and the single bedroom share a separate shower room. One of the twins is accessed by three steps leading down from the kitchen area. There is a private, gated parking area and a small lawn at the front of the house. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Neighbourhood information

The resort centre of Arenal den Castell is only a couple of minutes walk away and has a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bars catering for all tastes. A short walk away is the small Romani commercial centre, here you will find a mini market, souvenir shop and a popular cafe with sweeping views of the beautiful bay. The golden sandy beach of Arenal den Castell is a beautiful horseshoe shaped bay with some local bars and restaurants set right on the water. There are sun loungers, parasols and pedaloes available for hire in the peak summer months. The beach can be accessed in 5 minutes either by car or down steps from the street. The nearby commercial centre of Coves Noves has a good selection of bars and restaurants and a larger mini market. In the high season there is a children's park consisting of mini golf, bouncy castles, trampolines and go-karts! For keen walkers there is a cliff top walk with panoramic sea views to the neighbouring resort of Son Parc, this takes approx 1 hour, take a picnic to relax on the local beach backed by sand dunes before heading back. The islands only golf course is within a 15 minute drive in neighbouring Son Parc.
