Villa Patricia is a completely detached villa located near the beautiful Papagayo beaches and the Marina Rubicon marina, where you will find many restaurants and shops. The large terrace is surrounded by a wall and cannot be seen. The private pool is 7x4 metres and is heated from November to April. On the terrace you will find a comfortable lounge bed, 3 sun loungers with soft cushions, a garden lounge, a parasol and a seating area. Our guests receive bath towels for the terrace. The villa has free Wi-Fi and a SmartTV with international channels and a Bluetooth soundbar.
