FULL DESCRIPTION: The villa offers a modern, minimalist design with high-quality furniture and accessories. The lobby leads to a comfortably furnished air-conditioned lounge with an open fireplace, a digital flat-screen satellite TV and a DVD player. The large patio doors open onto the pergola's covered terrace and the pool area, designed for outdoor dining. The open-plan kitchen/dining area is well equipped with stainless steel accessories, a ceramic stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. Next to the kitchen there is a separate pantry with a washing machine. In front of the elegant entrance hall, there is a second smaller living room/study, with a sofa bed, which makes up a double bedroom. There is a cloakroom with toilet adjacent to this room. The stairs lead from the main lounge to the gallery level and to three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a modern four-poster bed, patio doors with pool views, and a private bathroom. Two air-conditioned twin rooms are decorated in a more attractive design and these two bedrooms share a bathroom. The villa is fully air conditioned with a reverse circle, warm and cold.

Outside the 10-metre pool, with corner steps in a shallow part for children, it lies among the well-furnished terraces with sun loungers. On one side of the pool is a well-designed lawn area with trees and shrubs. Under the pergola terrace overlooking the pool, there is an outdoor dining table and brick barbecue. Pool size: length 10.00 meters and width 4.00 meters. Minimum depth of 0.50 meters and a maximum depth of 1.90 meters.
