Our villa is located in the small urbanisation called Cala Mesquida in the North-East of Mallorca. It is about a 1-hour drive from the Palma airport. Within a short walk from the Villa you can reach the beautiful beach with its sand dunes, as well as local restaurants and grocery shops. The newly refurbished Villa, designed in bohemian beach house style, has all the amenities to make you feel comfortable all year around. There are 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), a brand new kitchen, spacious living and dining room. Besides the Mediterranean garden, you can enjoy the refreshing pool, sunbath on the terrace or have a drink in the garden lounge area. Don't miss the BBQ which is also at your disposal. As of 2024 the villa is equipped with solar panels to ensure sustainable electricity generation and also a pellet stove to provide additional comfort during colder spring/autumn days. Cala Mesquida is located in the North-East of Mallorca. It's a small urbanization and has 3 restaurants, a SPAR grocery store, a medical center, an ATM and a superstore. Within a 10 minutes drive you can enjoy the diverse restaurants in Cala Ratjada or the old city and castle of Capdepera. The sand dunes and sourrounding hiking routes make this villa an excellent stay even for milder autumn or spring breaks. Don't miss out on Cala Torta or Cala Agulla. If you want to play golf, then the Capdepera Golf Course is only a 10 minutes drive while Canyamel Golf is 12 minutes away.
