The Nivaria Beach complex opened its doors in August 2020. We are a team of young people with great enthusiasm for this project and wanting to spend an unforgettable vacation.

Nivaria Beach Apartments and Villas is an oasis of peace in one of the wildest areas in the south of Tenerife. The complex has been recently inaugurated and is located in Abades: a typical coastal town of white houses. Everything has been designed so that you can relax, disconnect and enjoy the climate of Tenerife. Its apartments and villas stand out for their avant-garde design, comfort, luminosity and for their beautiful views of the sea. They offer high-quality equipment, with 5-star hotel mattresses and sheets, large terraces with south-facing sea views, and an excellent location, just 100 meters from the sea. The complex offers its guests a beautiful infinity pool with sea views, a children's pool, a hammock area and a free Jacuzzi with capacity for 8 people. Our hallmark is based on respect for the environment. For this reason, we have our own solar energy system, and a water recycling plant, which is used to irrigate the gardens. Furthermore, we have recently launched a Bulk Mini Market with ecological and km0 products, as well as wide selection of Canarian cheeses, desserts and wines and typical local products, so that you can do your shopping right inside the complex. The Nivaria Beach staff is a team of young people with great enthusiasm and desire to give you the memory of a good vacation.

Abades is a very quiet town with white houses. It has several bars and restaurants, a supermarket just 50 meters from Nivaria Beach, a couple of beaches and coves with hardly any constructions around it, and a coastline with well-cared sea beds perfect for snorkelling and diving. The surroundings offer a large number of paths for hiking and discovering its coves. We love running to the Porís lighthouse, a memorable path between tabaibas, sand and the noise of the waves. But what we highlight the most about Abades is its location: halfway between the north and the south of the island, it is the perfect place from where to set up the base camp and organize excursions to the most incredible places on the island, since it is very connected by highway and is halfway to everything.
