You’re certain to see the sunset over the sea in this villa. Villa Sa Rota Luxury is located on a hillside where some of the best views of the Ibizan sea await you. Something you can see in very few villas on the island is the sun burning on the sea at the end of the day. 

It is a recently constructed house featuring 250 m² of space built with superior materials and decorated so as well. It was designed in the Modern-Ibizan style with a beautiful exteriors and a fantastic garden around a lavish blue swimming pool. An integrated Jacuzzi is built
right into the pool with the sea right in front of you.

 The villa spans two floors. On the lower floor is an independent apartment with one bedroom, an open kitchen and salon and a full bathroom. Just outside are a patio-terrace. On the upper floor is the main house with a living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with hi quality kitchenware, a lavatory and three double bedrooms all en-suite with full bathrooms. On the upper floor as well is the garden, the pool, the outside dining area, a barbecue pit and a lavatory. There is plenty of parking space and other extras services including free high-speed Wi-Fi.

This luxury villa is located in a quiet upper-class neighbourhood of other villas. It is only five minutes from the famous beach Playa de Cala Salada. Ibiza town and the airport are 25 minutes away by car.
