First floor: kitchen, dining area, lounge,toilet, garden with dining furniture, terrace in front with sitting/dining furniture. Second floor: master bedroom with balcony and shower with toilet, double bedroom with nice balcony, a room with single bed and armchair that opens up in a single bed, shared bathroom and toilet. Third floor: top room equipped with day bed, that can be single or double depending on the needs, ventilator, nice terrace. The townhouse is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, fibre optic high-speed internet throughout the property, air conditioning fitted in the bedrooms along with an extensive movie library (Netflix, Plex, Disney) and home entertainment system in the living area and main bedroom. This is our permanent home, of course we love it and hope that you will enjoy it too, so we equipped it with nice furniture, kitchen supplies, lots of plants, very nice pillows, duvets, and bed toppers. The complex is a small family orientated urbanisation consisting of 50 properties that boasts 2 communal swimming pools for use by guests and residents. Just 500m away you will find the picturesque village of Castillo del la Duquesa and the beach with variety of cafes. It's all right next to Puerto la Duquesa (Port Duquesa) with some lovely restaurants, bars, internet cafes, nail and beauty places and artisanal evening market stalls.
