The 80 m2 modern holiday home consists of a very well equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. 1st bedroom is a double Master En Suite in the living space with amazing sea view, and the 2nd bedroom is with a king size bed. The holiday home therefore accommodate 3 people (4 if they are a family). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer. A high chair is also available. Your private outdoor area includes modern outdoor lounge furniture and a dining table, an open terrace, a covered terrace and a balcony. To reach the house you have to use stairs. Please note that security deposit and any extra fee must be paid only by bank transfer (PayPal or credit card are not accepted). Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
