This beautiful one-bedroom apartment is large and has very nice views of Malaga bay and its historic center (14th floor). Enjoy both the sunrise and the beautiful lighting of Malaga at night from the big windows at the bedroom and the living room. Ideal for one or two couples on holidays or solo travelers for work. The neighborhood is quiet and strategically located, so you can walk to the beach (12 min), the historical center (12 min) and railway and bus stations (7 min); both stations are connected to the airport. Parking in Malaga can be difficult and expensive, so a free parking spot is available if you bring a car.

My goal is to help you discover the best that Malaga can offer and make you feel like home. I was born in Malaga, so I know the city well and I can recommend you plenty of good places. As I travel a lot, I used my experience to anticipate your needs: lots of information to prepare the tour; entertainment for work travelers; fast WIFI; Chromecast to stream your media to the TV; iron and iron board... You don’t have to worry if your flight is delayed and you arrive after 12 at night, since late arrival is allowed and has no additional charge. I speak English, Italian, French and Spanish.

The place is central, so you won’t miss any of the action, and at the same time it is far enough from the crowded and massive touristic areas, so you will enjoy a nice sleep and feel the city like a resident. The building is just beside O2 Gym & SPA, which you can enjoy through daily tickets. At less than 15 minutes’ walk from most tourist attractions, you won’t need a car to visit the historic center, sunbathe at the beach or eat “espetos” in the “chiringuitos”, enjoy tapas or have “menú del día” for lunch at the nearby restaurants, have dinner at Soho, buy groceries at Mercado de Atarazanas or Mercado del Carmen, do your shopping at calle Larios, El Corte Inglés , Vialia Commercial Center or Larios Centro… The availability of parking and its proximity to the railway and bus station makes the apartment ideal as a hub for visiting major cities in Andalusia by car, by train (Seville, Cordoba, Antequera, Ronda) and/or by bus (Granada-Alhambra, Gibraltar, Marbella…)
