We (2 families with 4 adults and 3 teenagers) had a great time. The house is very clean and well taken care off. Very nice pool. Nice details including the bottle of wine, beer, coffee pods, ice cream and snacks that were there to greet us upon arrival, or the cooler and the 2 beach umbrellas we could use. Nice and quiet neighborhood with a supermarket and restaurant around the corner and a short walk to a small beach with nice bars (including one with live music)

Mauter Villas, has been in the tourist market of Menorca 15 years ago. At present, we manage about 70 accommodations,: private villas, apartments, houses in the country and centre . We love travel, and we know that tourists need to feel comfortable in our accommodations and it is very important to have someone on the other side of the phone, in case they have a problem, to be able to advise on the area and help them at all times. Go along with our tourists, before, during and after their holidays. We want you to enjoy the area, the best beaches, the best routes, and above all, leave you the illusion of loving Menorca, with us, next time. Before the start of our season, we visit each villas, to check that everything is correct and add, fix, replace elements, which during the winter, may have been damaged, or simply, we consider not suitable to spend another season. We love the world of tourism, the world of travel, and specially, we love contact with our client. With love, enthusiasm and experience in our area, our only objective is to offer your best holidays in Menorca.

Elena, is a special accommodation in Mauter Villas. Elena, enjoy a large plot, where the vegetation, fruit trees, typical Menorca style orchard, make you enjoy nature in your own villa. It has a private pool, with child protection if desired. Pool, surrounded by deckchairs and a magnificent built-in barbecue! Inside is ideal. Very complete kitchen with nespresso coffee machine and much more, living room with new sofas from 2021 because we always think about your comfort, and from the living room and kitchen, access to a large terrace, with chillout-style furniture, to be able to enjoy the summer afternoons. Rooms for 7 people, with the option of adding 1 supplement at a cost per night. Located in a cul-de-sac, very quiet, just 400 meters from the sandy beach! Elena, it is a magnificent villa, where everyone who goes, wants to return! Rest, relax, refresh yourself, don't think about anything .... Elena Mar will fill you a lot of sensations.
