Ensuring your comfort all year round, the main living areas avail of both underfloor heating and reverse cycle air conditioning, and with ample storage in all rooms, all linen and bathroom towels will be supplied. Sotogrande is a neighbourhood like no other and is home to some of the worlds most amazing homes. Its beautiful palm-tree lined avenues are reminiscent of Beverly Hills and Palm Springs. The area is blessed with many great restaurants in the port and surrounding area. There are six top class golf courses - Valderrama, La Reserva, Real Club de Golf, La Hecienda Alcaidesa, San Roque and Almenara all within a 10 minute drive and countless more a short drive up the coast. La Reserva's Beach club with its man-made Lagoon, padel, tennis courts and restaurant is a short 5 minute drive away. The 5 star So Hotel is also a 5 minute stroll away and is a great place to enjoy a meal or refreshing drink.
