Beautiful house located in a unique enclave on the edge of an impressive cliff on the sea. It has panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean that cut the breath, being able to appreciate, in conditions of good visibility, the neighboring islands of La Gomera and Tenerife. Surrounded by absolute tranquility, the silence is interrupted only occasionally by the nightly song of the shearwaters or the varied sounds of the crows. The house consists of a living area of 100 m2 divided into different rooms such as a master bedroom with dressing room, bathroom with bathtub and separate terrace overlooking the ocean. It also has a single bedroom, a spacious and bright living room with direct access to a large terrace of 30 m2, kitchen with breakfast bar, sea views and own access to the terrace and is equipped with the necessary home appliances for a pleasant stay. Finally, the hall has a guest bathroom with shower that adjoins the area of washing machine and storage.
We invite you to enjoy a unique lodgement in an enclave that will allow you to enjoy the tranquillity of nature and the beauty and immensity of the Atlantic Ocean in the wonderful Cliff House. When making the reservation it is necessary to provide the following information of all the components of the booking through a message: - ID number - Document type - Expedición date - Name and surname - Gender - Birthdate - Nationality
The house is located in a strategic place that allows you to choose between different leisure activities. The diving paradise belonging to the Marine Reserve of El Mar de Las Calmas is 10 km away. In addition, the nearest marine natural pool is in Tacorón, 9 km away, an area accessed through a unique landscape of volcanic lava flows worthy of admiration. Another alternative of leisure nearby are the numerous routes and paths that offer the full of charm forests of pines and laurel. On the other hand, 3 km from the house, in the town of El Pinar there are supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, pharmacy and medical center. The distance to the capital of the island, the Villa de Valverde is 20 km while to the Port of La Estaca and the Valverde Airport is 30 km.
