The garden for your holidays! This ground floor flat is one of the few that, apart from its large terrace with chill out corner, awning and dining area, offers a wonderful private garden in a complex with communal swimming pools for adults and children. The holiday home consists of a double bedroom, a spacious living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a complete bathroom with bathtub and, for total comfort, a laundry room and a private parking space. La Tejita beach is only a few minutes walk away as well as its commercial centre with a supermarket, cafes, restaurants and some shops. Folding desk available on request free of charge. As usual in our proposals, fibre optic Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels (both with replacements), beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are available and included. We would like to advise all our guests that it is strictly FORBIDDEN to store sports equipment for kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing or other sports gear such as bikes, in the interior of this property.
