Encantadora casa de pueblo a 100m del centro de Santanyí. Es pequeña pero muy acojedora y dispone de un gran patio . La casa es antigua y se construyó originalmente en piedra seca, el material de construcción antiguo típico de la zona, con paredes de hasta 70 cm de ancho, lo que la hace muy fresca en verano y cálida en invierno. Dispone de aire acondicionado que en invierno se convierte en calefacción. Es la casa ideal para disfrutar en pareja o con una pequeña familia.
love good cinema and literature
La casa está situada en Santanyí, un encantador pueblo del sur de Mallorca (a 3 del mar) . En el pueblo hay muchos restaurantes, tiendas, galerias de arte, varios supermercados y dos farmacias. Ideal para parejas, con o sin hijos que quieran disfrutar de unas vacaciones tranquilas. Además, Santanyí está rodeado de playas estupendas (las más cercanas son Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards, S'Amarador), parques naturales (Mondragó y Cabrera) y maravillosos paisajes. El mar es fantástico, la comida deliciosa y se pueden practicar muchos deportes de exterior como trekking, bici, escalada, buceo, vela etc. Aunque si que hay transporte público que conecta el pueblo sobre todo con la capital (Palma). Es aconsejable alquilar un coche para poder desplazarse por la zona, visitar las playas, los puntos de interés cercanos etc.
