Almerimar is a beautiful and quiet place in southern Spain, located by the sea. The apartment is completely new and modern. It is centrally located (2 minutes walk from the supermarket, golf course, marina, restaurants and beach). It has two terraces with a beautiful view of the marina, the sea and the Almerimar golf course. You can also see the snowy Sierra Nevada from there. The sunny terrace (60m2) is equipped with two sun loungers and comfortable seats, including a table. The lower terrace can be reached through the bedroom or living room and has an awning and a modern dining table. In it you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or lunch overlooking the sea. The residential complex "Porto Fino" is quiet and has a community pool which is open from June to September.
In Almerimar there are many good restaurants with local and international specialties. You can also enjoy tapas in various restaurants. Almerimar offers something for all tastes. There are three marinas, a golf course, surf schools, bicycle rentals, discos, ice cream parlors ... The promenade has a 5 km cycle path and there is a natural park with flamingos. If you want to go to a bigger city, it doesn't take long to get there. "El Ejido" is the closest city (7 km), which has a large shopping center with a cinema. Also "Roquetas de Mar" and the capital "Almería" are not far away (30-40 minutes by car). The famous and only city "Granada" takes just over an hour. There you can visit the famous castle "Alhambra" and the old Arab neighborhood "Albacín" and eat delicious tapas. Malaga is two hours by car. The nearby airports are in Almería (60 km), followed by Granada (150 km) and Málaga (180 km). Almería is known for the "Cabo de Gata" natural park. There are unique natural beaches such as "Playa de Mónsul", "Playa de los Muertos" or "Playa Genovese". They are known for their fine sand, their beautiful nature and their clean and clear sea.
