Property information

Villa Siquier is a fantastic house, set in the hills but not far from the historic Town of Pollença. Inside the Villa is very spacious with its five large bedrooms, centrally controlled air conditioning and wireless internet access available. The lounge area stretches along almost the whole length of the house and has large patio doors overlooking the terrace and lawn gardens beyond. Outside, you will find a large private swimming pool covered terrace. On the ground floor you’ll find the a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other is a comfortable double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge and all utilities that a kitchen may require. On the first floor there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There are two more twin bedrooms with great views towards the mountains and town, and another family bathroom. All bedrooms and the lounge area in Villa Siquier include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.

Neighbourhood information

The Villa with a great location is only 5 minutes from the beach of Puerto Pollença and 10 minutes from Cala Sant Vicenç, 5 minutes from the nearest Grocery and only 5 minutes from the center of Pollença by car. In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant. Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing. In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
