It has 3 furnished terraces and gas barbecue, SmartTV, high speed internet and centralized air conditioning. It has 2 complete bathrooms with bathtub and 1 toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. It has 2 bedrooms on the upper floor and the third bedroom (with a sofa bed) is located on the garage floor.
