Property information

Villajoyosa is a beautiful fishing village famous for its beautiful façade of brightly painted houses, which were once the homes of its fishermen, and which together with a promenade, form some of the most beautiful and photographed postcards of the Costa Blanca. It has one of the best preserved historic centers on the Valencian coast. Begin to see the summits of the Sierras de Aitana and Puig Campana, a barrier that defends the region from north winds and allows you to enjoy very pleasant temperatures all year round and numerous hiking routes for people who love the mountain.

Neighbourhood information

Located between El Campello and Benidorm, La Vila Joiosa defends another type of tourism, more discreet and relaxed. The 15 kilometers of coastline of its municipal area and its more than ten beaches, the character of its privileged inhabitants and its model of responsible urbanism make this traditional fishing village the counterpoint to the bustle of other nearby towns.
