Villa Llanos de la Plata is a fantastic villa on the Costa del Sol, close to the Sierra de Mijas. It has a private heated swimming pool, garden, barbecue and sauna. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people, with 5 double bedrooms and extra beds. It also has solar energy and electric car charger. It is 14 km from the beach and Malaga airport. Nearby there are golf courses, shopping centres and tourist towns such as Marbella and Mijas. It is an ideal choice for a luxury and environmentally friendly holiday. - Swimming pool will be heated to 28 °C from 01/10 to 30/04. - Fixed glass cover installed from 01/11 - 31/03 - Roller cover installed from 01/10 to 31/10 and from 01/04 to 30/04 - Supplement for the use of the heated pool - From 01/10 to 30/04 the pool is always heated, if the supplement is not paid, the pool will remain closed and cannot be used. - The heated pool can only be hired for the whole stay. BOOKINGS OF MORE THAN ONE MONTH, ELECTRICITY NOT INCLUDED. An alarm system is installed in this property which has an integrated camera and which only records images in the event of an alarm triggering and for a maximum of 60 seconds. Only the police and an authorised person from the security company have access to the contents of the recording. At no other time does the camera record, nor does it work and no one has access to it.
