Property info

Villa with private pool and Wifi, ten minutes drive from the beach of La Barrosa and with a capacity for up to eight people. The villa offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom as well as a spacious dressing room. The other two bedrooms have single beds (trundle beds). In the lounge room there is a double sofa bed and a dining area. The kitchen is separated from the rest of the rooms and has all utensils, washing machine, microwave, etc. The swimming pool is open all year round, but it is not heated. The outside area has a garden with furniture: table, sun loungers, etc. This accommodation accepts pets, on request and upon payment of a supplement. Located less than ten minutes drive from La Barrosa, the village of Sancti Petri and the market hall of Chiclana. Very close to the villa you will find a shopping centre, pharmacy, shops and bars, all of it within walking distance.

The location is very good, less than ten minutes drive from the beaches of La Barrosa and the town of Sancti Petri. In addition, the distance from the center of Chiclana in similar, making very accessible the Abastos market, visit the wineries, etc.. Very close to the villa walking distance, there is a shopping center, with pharmacy, stores and bars. You will also have at hand the Mercadona supermarket, just five minutes by car. "This accommodation accepts pets, upon request and payment of the supplement. Remember to add it at the time of booking or let us know to include it at a later time. **We reserve the right to charge the supplement if there is evidence that a pet has been housed in the accommodation."
