The villa has a modern loft design. It is located next to the La Envia golf course, so the views are impressive from inside and outside the house, with curtain walls that provide a magnificent connection to the outside. The chalet has open interior spaces that interconnect the 3 floors (with a 6-seater lift), and a large exterior area with an original swimming pool, the end of which flies over the golf course. It has 6 large bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a toilet, as well as a large living room of more than 100 m2 connected to the kitchen, with a dining room, living room and reading area. It also has a leisure area on another floor with fantastic views, and several terraces. The villa has wifi, air conditioning and underfloor heating, several televisions (one of 78") and Play Station. There is parking for two vehicles inside the property, and at the door of the house.

Neighbourhood information

La Envia Golf is a quiet residential neighbourhood with private security surveillance located in the mountains along the coast of Almeria, around a golf course. It is very well located, just 5 minutes from the Mediterranean motorway and a commercial area, Viapark, 8 km from Aguadulce's beach, 20 minutes from the capital of Almeria, and 25 minutos from the Airport. It is also at 1:30 hours from Granada. The neighbourhood has children's areas, as well as paddle and football courts.
