After a comfortable drive on asphalt roads and only a few hundred metres on dirt roads, you will reach the "Casa del Burro Perezoso", which is located at an altitude of 320 metres. Here you have a breathtaking panoramic view of the white villages and towns of the Axarquía: Comares, Benamargosa and Almáchar. Towards the south, the view extends to the towns of Vélez-Málaga and Torre del Mar by the sea. The stylish Spanish villa extends over 140 sqm and offers a spacious living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. With three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. The covered terrace with south-western orientation has a barbecue area and a cosy lounge corner. The large private pool invites you to take a refreshing dip under the large shady palm trees. On the comfortable garden loungers you can relax all day on the sunny side of life. In the evening, an impressive sunset awaits you with atmospheric outdoor lighting. The environment: In just 25 minutes by car you can reach the sea and its beaches. Malaga airport can be reached in 50 minutes. In addition to a beach holiday, the Axarquía is also ideal as an active holiday for hiking, mountain biking and horse riding. Worthwhile city trips include: Nerja (30 min.), Frigiliana (35 min.), Malaga (40 min.), Antequera (1h 10 min.), Marbella (1h 15 min.), Granada (1h 20 min. ), Ronda (1h 55 min.), Córdoba (2h 05 min.) and Gibraltar (2h 10 min.).
