This is our beautiful newly renovated detached 3 storey 2 bedroom Spanish town house in the lovely white washed village of Competa. Centrally located and only a few minutes walk to the main square and plenty of other shops, restaurants, bars and amenities. Ground Floor - welcoming entrance hall, 1 double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with bath tub, separate walk in shower and a washing machine. 1st Floor - fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. Kitchen facilities include an oven, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all the cutlery, utensils and cooking equipment needed to self cater. The comfortable lounge / sitting room with a beautiful Juliet balcony is also on the 1st floor. Sofa bed, flat screen Smart TV, air conditioning (hot & cold), log burner, and dining table. 2nd Floor - Master Bedroom with King size bed, air conditioning (hot & cold) and a wardrobe. Also on this floor is the 2nd bathroom with walk in shower. Access to the double level terrace with stunning views is from this top floor. The lower terrace offers a built in bbq and bistro dining set. The upper terrace has sun loungers, dining table and chairs plus an outdoor rain shower for a refreshing cool off in the hotter summer months. If you fancy a swim, the local hotels outdoor swimming pool is open to the public during the months of July and August for a small fee per guest. The hotel is only a short stroll from the property.

Located seven hundred metres above sea level with stunning views of the surrounding mountains, countryside and Mediterranean, Competa is a beautiful and charming white washed Andalusian village. There’s an abundance of lovely restaurants, cafes and tapas bars in the village plus many shops, supermarkets and all necessary amenities. It’s popular for walking and cycling due to the amazing landscape and scenery that surrounds this village. It’s only a 20 minute drive down to the coast where you’ll find beautiful beaches to explore.
