Family house full of history: dining room for 5 people, open kitchen, double bedroom with a 150x190, bedroom with bunk beds: 3 beds of 90x190, living room with a sofa bed. The house has a private terrace of 11 m2 with sea views, sun loungers, barbecue and outdoor dining room for 6 people. Bathroom: washbasin, shower and toilet. In the shared garden there are 6 showers with hot water and 4 bathrooms that you can use when returning from the beach.. This shared garden of 3,500 m2 has a wall of tennis, a ping-pong, a small forest with hammocks, basketball hoops and a punching bag. If you need a baby cot, high chair or baby bath you can order them in advance and you will have them for free. The house is delivered clean with sheets and without towels that you can rent or bring them yourself. Towel set: 1 large and 1 medium: 4 euros. You can park 1 car in the property.

The fine sandy beach of La Fosca located at 30 meters from the apartment has obtained the EU Blue Flag rating the highest rating that a beach can obtain. The house is ideally located in a privileged environment You can park 1 car in the property. There is a car park 20 meters from the apartment owned by the municipality of Palamós. This parking is free throughout the year with the exception of the months of June, July, August and September in which you must pay 3 euros a day. Anyway, you can park your car for free in the nearby streets without charge. In the months of July and August there is a bus that takes them to the center of Palamós. The center of Palamós is 1 km 500 m away.
