Inside the accommodation we find a living room with a fireplace, a chaise longue sofa that can be converted into a double bed, a smart TV with foreign channels, a desk for a workspace, Wi-Fi and an ethernet cable and access to the first terrace. This terrace is dominated by the beautiful pine tree that has of which we practically see its crown. The terrace has sun in the morning which allows you to enjoy special breakfasts with its rays of sunshine, and the rest of the day provides shade (which is a blessing most of the year). We have gas BBQ and a staircase leading up to the private roof terrace where the sun shines all year round. On the roof we have the jacuzzi, an umbrella and two sun loungers. The bedroom is very nice and comfortable, decorated in pale pink tones, with a very comfortable new mattress, air conditioning, ceiling fan and in-suite access to the terrace. It has a large built-in wardrobe, and behind the door a "beauty corner" with a mirror where a magnifying mirror with light is attached for your facials. Both the headboard and the coffee tables are handmade. The kitchen is very spacious, beautiful with a dream worktop, it overlooks the living room, it has a large bar and from the window you can see the sea. It has a ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, nice wooden board for cheese or sausage boards and a new fridge, all built-in to give a sense of order. We have tablecloths and wine and cava glasses.
