This is a location were you receive a code to get in, but I was called twice to ask at what time I wanted to come and whether the check-in went alright, with I appreciated and made it more personal. Also in the room they thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and easy, nice they provided dishwasher soap, we even did some laundry. And the slippers , great! On the top of the building is a terrace and pool overlooking the surrounding landscape, which is beautiful. so recommended.

At Martalia Apartahoteles we take care of you and your companions, so our goal is to know your needs to make your stay unforgettable days. The Martalia aparthotels brand was born in Ronda (Málaga) at the beginning of 2019, just before the global pandemic that changed our lives. Already in those months, the idea of designing high-quality tourist apartment accommodation, adding the benefits and services that 4 or 5-star hotels have, was floating around in our heads. As we well know, the most frequent that we can find in terms of tourist accommodation are hotel rooms with more or less facilities, or tourist apartments located in neighboring blocks, and that do not usually provide more services than the overnight stay itself. . So we ask ourselves... Why don't we develop fully equipped tourist apartment buildings, with an innovative design and services as if it were a luxury hotel? And the result is called Martalia Apartahoteles, where we want to offer much more than expected, we strive to know the needs of customers and what they expect from us.

Martalia Arenal Apartments, is a unique building in the dream city of Ronda, it is a complex of 20 fully equipped tourist apartments, with careful and modern decoration, designed for those who want to enjoy a relaxed stay. Our apartments have a swimming pool on their roof with 360º views of Ronda and its mountains. In addition with private parking for your vehicle in the same establishment, located just 2.5 km from the famous New Bridge, so its location is the perfect choice for those who wish to visit the historic center on foot or take hiking routes, and enjoying an excellent atmosphere in the solarium and swimming pool with unforgettable sunsets.

Neighborhood info

The urbanization in which the apartments are located is known as the "Arenal", made up of semi-detached family houses, a very quiet area, easily accessible from all the roads that reach the city. From the urbanization to the old town there are less than 2 kilometers, you can go on foot along a fully illuminated sidewalk and through which you will enjoy the best views of the old suburb, or rather, the old Arab settlement. For those who do not want to use the vehicle or travel on foot, at the same entrance to the apartments, there is an urban bus that stops at Plaza de España, or what is the same, at the famous Puente Nuevo de Ronda.
