Clean and modern, equipped for heat and cold, nice smell, mattress and pillow were very comfortable (sofa bed didn't seem to be as comfortable while sitting). Very nice shower, no Jacuzzi in the room (apparently it can be booked in another area). Check in was easy but instructions via email need to be checked. Area seems to be fairly safe to leave car outside as well, and it was not difficult to find parking spot.

Newly constructed apartments, very spacious and modern, with minimalist decoration. Fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Some apartments come with dishwashers and washing machines. Ample common areas, reception, laundry, and storage facilities. Reserved parking for customer luggage loading and unloading. Easy and free parking in the area. Excellent transport links. Ground floor apartments with full accessibility, high windows with safety glass, solar and low-emissivity glass. Fully soundproofed, thermally insulated, and air-conditioned. Smart TV with cable internet connection and free Wi-Fi. We accept pets weighing less than 10kg, provided their owners have them insured with civil liability insurance. Very quiet residential area, close to restaurants, supermarkets, and a gas station, with excellent transport connections for easy arrival and departure. 800m from the Roman Theater and 1000m from the city center. Smoking area in the outdoor courtyard of the accommodation, a coffee machine, and refreshments in the common area, with tables and chairs available for guests. We have a laundry facility and luggage storage service.

Neighborhood info

A newly built residential neighborhood, very quiet, safe, and well-connected. Very easy to find and access. Free parking is readily available in the area. Located next to supermarkets, a gas station, and restaurants. Just a five-minute walk from the Roman Theater, amphitheater, and the National Museum of Roman Art.
