Apartment was clean, gorgeous and the kitchen came with a lot of basic necessities such as cleaning liquid, oil, and pots/pans. Comes with a nice terrace and the pool is just a minutes walk away! There are supermarkets and pubs within walking distance as well as a beach and you are right next a golf course if you ever want to play. Gianni is one of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure to meet, right after the booking the communication has been excellent and he gave clear instructions to the apartment and was always happy to help in any way. He even made sure to give us complimentary biscuits (which were delicious) and wine/beers upon arrival! Gianni, if you're reading this, thank you so much! 😉

The apartment had everything we needed and even more than what we expected. Kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms very clean and nice, WiFi is as strong as you can get and suitable for few people working at the same time. Giovanni was absolutely amazing with us from arrival to departure. He even welcomed us with some local treats. The air con is decent and the house is cool enough. There is plenty of extras available like umbrella and chair for the beach, a small cooler, some chairs for the swimming pool and more. The balcony in the apartment has view to the golf park and is perfect for an outside meal. The apartment is truly cozy and didn't lack anything throughout our 10 days stay. The beach is 15min walk and having visited many beaches in Menorca by car, I think this one is no doubt one of the best and a hidden gem. There are also a couple of small supermarkets and restaurants at walking distance. Our stay was A+ and we will definitely come back, totally recommend this apartment.

La résidence est belle et très agréable, la piscine au top. La situation proche d'une très belle plage (Arenal Son Saura) accessible à pieds est un plus. On a vraiment apprécié la climatisation. L’allotjament tenia unes vistes excel·lents al camp de golf, molt tranquil. La cuina molt ben equipada. L’atenció del personal ha estat fantàstica. Tenia aire condicionat i ventiladors de sostre a les habitacions. El recomanaria sense cap dubte.

Le propriétaire nous a offert bouteille gâteaux, nous a donné de nombreuses adresses, nous a renseigne sur Minorque. L'équipement indispensable était disponible pour passer une très belle semaine. L'appartement était idéal pour 4: 2 chambres 3 couchages, 2 salles de bain, 1 petite cuisine, salon sam + 1 Terrasse. Notre fille a adoré la piscine. Appartement en face d'un golf et a 2 min en voiture de la belle plage de son saura.

Sin duda lo mejor la atención recibida, ya desde antes de llegar al apartamento. El apartamento muy limpio y equipado (no falta de nada, incluso pequeños detalles como sillas, sombrilla y toallas para la playa, artículos de cocina y limpieza... Nos sorprendió muchisímo este punto). La zona es muy tranquila, perfecto para desconectar. Y desde la llegada nos ofrecieron mucha información sobre la isla y atendiendo cualquier duda o petición durante los 4 días. Muchas gracias por todo, así da gusto!
