Our cozy renewed 90m2 apartment is located in the Soho of Málaga, the well-known neighborhood of the arts with the best communication in the city. On a fifth floor with elevator, the house has three bedrooms: a master with double bed, another with double bed and a third with two single beds. It also has a large living room with kitchenette where you can enjoy in common. Registered in the Tourism Registry of Andalusia with RTA Signature: VFT / MA / 15028 Our recently renewed house is spacious (90m2), comfortable, homely, bright and on the fifth floor with elevator. It has three bedrooms: one main with double bed, another exterior with double bed and a third with two single beds. All of them have mirrors, two have large fitted wardrobes and the third a beautiful white vintage wardrobe. The common area is a bright and light dining room with modern American kitchen. Each area is illuminated individually to differentiate: a living room with sofa, armchair and 42 " TV, a dining room with table and chairs for 6 people, and a kitchenette with wooden front equipped with vitro-induction, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, etc.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is in the heart of Malaga, very close to the historic centre, at the art district of Soho. A buzzing creative area of alternative culture located next to the river full of cafes, restaurants, galleries, hotels and art spaces combining tradition and modernity, especially famous for its graffiti and street art. Unbeatable. In only 5 minutes on foot you can go to: the Centro-Alameda del Cercanías station (connected to the airport), all the bus stops of the EMT in the Alameda Principal, all the regional bus stops to the east in the Muelle Heredia and of course the Historic Center. Going to the beach (left to Huelin or right to Malagueta, in both directions), the promenade of the port (Muelle Uno) or the Alcazaba will not take more than 10-15 minutes. In short, you can get anywhere you want in Malaga in a jiffy. If you bring your car we work with a 24 hour Parking lot nearby so you can park it at a substantially lower price than the official one.
