The apartment was updated, clean, and had lots of thoughtful extras included such as coffee and tea with condiments, and even a Nespresso machine. She even included a shower gel dispenser and detergent pods for the washer (which unfortunately I didn’t discover until the end of the trip- my fault!). It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 (which included 2 teenage girls). The location in Triana was easily walkable to the city center, and there were literally hundreds of cafes, bars, and tapas restaurants within walking distance. We were overwhelmed with the selections. The Triana Market was next door and had some great options for tapas, fresh fruit and vegetables, and pastries. The best part was Eva, who was so extremely helpful leading up to our trip- she provided recommendations for restaurants, booked a flamenco show for us, and even set up transport from the train station.

Rules and Requirements of the Tourist Apartment 1. Mandatory Registration: All adults over 17 years of age must register before check-in providing a photo and identification document or passport (driver's license is not valid). This process is mandatory and the reservation is formalized once completed. You will receive a link that you must complete by providing the documents. 2. Refundable Damage Deposit: A damage deposit will be held on your credit card. This will be released 24 to 72 hours after check-out, subject to review of the accommodation. The guest is responsible for keeping the apartment in good condition. 3. Entry and Exit Times: Check-in from 4:00 p.m. and check-out before 11:00 a.m. Request authorization for changes to these schedules, subject to availability and additional cost. Failure to comply may result in additional charges. 4. Important Information: We are a tourist apartment and not a hotel. Additional services such as cleaning and others are available upon request and at an additional cost. 5. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in common areas. 6. Security: Make sure to properly close the main door at all times. 7. Restrictions: It is not allowed to accommodate unregistered people, hold parties, cause disturbance to other guests or neighbors, or play music at high volume. Failure to comply with these rules will be sanctioned and may result in expulsion. 8.
