There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: -Refundable damage deposit of 500 euros in cash need to be given at point of check-in After check-out the refundable security deposit will be given back. Checkin time from 15:00 till 17:30 is free of charge, after working check in time it is 50 euros to be paid to property management from 17:30 till 19:30. After 19:30 the check in fee is 75 euros If we find out that there are more than 6 persons staying in the apartment we will charge you the full damage deposit, if the check out isn't at 10::00 we have to charge you extra costs due to third party cleaning costs we need to be pay also extra. - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property. Only rented to people older than the age of 23 years old or younger under supervision of people older than 23 years old. This to avoid that our apartment will be rented for party related people .
