Full of charm and personality, this 4-bedroom house in Son Parc, Menorca, is perfect for those looking for an authentic experience. The house is air conditioned to ensure comfort in the warmer months. The kitchen is fully equipped and the spacious bedrooms are each decorated with their own character. The exterior is also charming, with a garden, a private swimming pool and garden area ideal for enjoying the summer evenings. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the beach. More information: -Bedroom 1: two single beds, AC, ground floor. -Bedroom 2: two twin beds, AC, ground floor -Bedroom 3: two single beds, AC, ground floor -Bedroom 4: two single beds, AC, en-suite bathroom, first floor -Pool dimensions: 8x4 mts. max. 1,6 mts deep. Family friendly: first cot and hightchair for free. Cots and high chairs available for an additional fee. Please note that some furniture may be replaced each season. We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Neighborhood info

Son Parc is one of the best tourist areas of the island. It has all the services and entertainments. Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shops, bicycle rental, chemist, public transport, etc. It also has a magnificent golf course which also has a restaurant and tennis courts. As for the beach, its length is more than 200 metres of fine sand, and its crystal clear and shallow waters make it ideal for families with small children.
