Sherif is a wonderful human and is great help. He has assisted in organizing my adventures along the way and is always available if I need assistance. The guest house is located near everything you could want from a trip like Giza. Small little bonus: you can enjoy the Sound and Light show for free if you go to the roof!

Great stay in a guest house with Pyramid View Liked · Mango Guest House my group of 8 took over the entire place. It was basic but nice enough and lots of bathrooms. Correspondence was spot on and we were checked in and checked on by the owner. Had help with the luggage as there are only stairs. Rooftop and some bedroom windows had excellent views of the pyramids. You can actually see and hear the light show. Breakfast was eggs yogurt and fruit held in a sit down area on sofas in the kitchen. The Pyramid camels/riders would on the street passing by and waiting at the corner at 8am as their entrance is just down the street so that was very interesting and great photo ops. There is shopping down the street and I felt fine walking around at night. There was a lot of people around as there is a walk in entrance gate to the Giza complex and they have night events all the time. Indeed we even saw men in tux entering.

The owner Mr Sharif is a very kind hearted and amiable gentleman who took great care of our tours in Egypt, he also have helped us in many ways like hotel booking ,trip booking for farafar and Luxor, bus and taxi booking and above all he is a genuine business man who organises tours at a reasonable rate. The view from the rooftop is just woooww.. rooms are spacious and very clean.

The hotel owner is very nice and helpful. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport for a fee. There was a good breakfast with eggs, cheese, vegetables and bread. The A/C worked well, there was always hot water and the WiFi was good. It was close to the pyramids, the owner spoke English well and provided us with an English speaking driver to take us to Alexandria. We were able to put things in their shared refrigerator. You can see the camels walking down the street. There is an excellent view of the pyramids and you can watch the light show from the roof. It is close to shops and restaurants.

The location and the service was great. The accommodations were as expected. I wasn't looking for the standard hotel stay, I wanted a different experience and the Sphinx offered that. Sherif comes in the morning to make breakfast by hand, everything is fresh, not the box eggs from hotels. I stayed @ the Sphinx due to the location and size of apartment and got a bonus with the Owner Sherif. He organized everything while we were in Cairo, from r/t transportation from the airport to our all day, emersive tour of Giza and Cairo with Ahmed. We decided to book the tour through Sherif bc he promised it would be better than the tours booked online, it was great. 12 hours with Ahmed and he took such great care of us. We did the pyramids, the museum, an aroma therapy store, that healed my sons knee pains, the 1st mosque, dinner, papyrus paper demo + place to get hieroglyphic charms for the family! Our time in Cairo was perfect and seamless thanks to Sherif and Ahmed!
