The 65 m2 apartment (5th floor, elevator) of a new building located a short walk from the Old Town and The Port of Tallinn. Premium quality beds, feather duvets-pillows and sateen bed linen assure a goodnight sleep. From the living room you can step out onto 90 m2 sea view balcony with sunbeds and dining area. Guests can enjoy the comforts of family bathroom with a bath and shower and Finnish sauna. Due to current electricity prices, the sauna can be used for an additional fee of 10 eur/hour. With two bedrooms the apartment is ideal for families and it is also great for couples or friends sharing. The apartment conveniently accommodates 4 adults and 2 children. The continental king size bed (180 cm x 200 cm) in the master bedroom can be converted into 2 separate beds. There is a regular double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and a bunk bed for children in the family room and a sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) in the living room for 2 extra guests, so the maximum sleeping capacity is 8 people. A baby bed is available if needed. Centrally located, yet quiet flat has everything you need for a relaxed, quality stay. Fully equipped kitchen is suitable for wide variety meal preparation. Unique light Estonian breakfast is provided by the owner. The apartment is air conditioned. There is free Wifi access throughout the property. Laundry and ironing equipment can be found from the bathroom. Baby feeding chair, pot and bath are available on request. Supermarket, several good cafes and restaurants are in a walking distance. An enclosed yard provides the tenants with an opportunity to enjoy a cool sea breeze in a noise-free environment. There is also a children's play area in the yard with a slide and a sandbox.

The Uus-Hollandi residential area is in the Sadama urban region in central Tallinn, walking distance away from the historical old town, entertainment options, shopping centres and passenger port. Located between the Tallinn Old Town and Kadriorg, the district is a perfect combination of the convenience of a central location, modern architecture and a private living environment. The seaside Pirita promenade is only a 5-minute walk away. Light traffic paths have been built both for those who enjoy the sea view on foot, as well as for jogging enthusiasts, roller skaters and cyclists. There are also several playgrounds and open-air sports fields on the road. Tallinn is pretty compact so as long as you are staying somewhere nearby, exploring the town on foot is the best option for you. Using some kind of transport is a good idea late in the evening or in case you want to see sights or areas that are outside the city center. Tram is my suggestion if you want to use public transport. The nearest stop is Tallinna Ülikool (lines 1 and 3). Operating hours 06:00-23:00. The construction of a new apartment building is underway next to the house. During working hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) there may be heavier traffic and noise around the building. Closed windows provide good insulation.
