Property information

This apartment can accommodate 3 guests, 2 of whom are adults. When booking this apartment, you will have access to a spacious, one-bedroom apartment of 60 m2 with two sunny balconies next to Tallinn's Old Town. The apartment is in the very heart of the city in a cozy inner quarter of Rotermanni, away from direct traffic noise. Tallinn's Old Town is within a stone's throw distance. The apartment is designed to provide maximum comfort and well-being, perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the office or exploring the city. There is free high-speed internet, a keyless smart lock that allows you to check in 24 hours a day, and a long list of other amenities. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. The kitchen is equipped with everything to prepare and enjoy a smaller or larger meal. There is a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a stovetop, a microwave, a coffee machine, and a kettle. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with all needed amenities along with a walk-in rain shower, hairdryer, and a washer-dryer. The living room has a sofa and a 55-inch flat-screen HD TV (including Netflix for free). A Blu-ray / DVD player is also provided. The bedroom has a large double bed (160x200 cm). A baby cot (fold-out) is also available.

The apartment is in the same building as the Metropol Spa Hotel, which has a SPA and Wellness Center. It is convenient as you have access to the hotel’s spa, which is open 7 days a week and has 4 different saunas, a swimming pool, and a hot tub, at an additional cost. Paid parking is available on site. The most economical option for parking is a parking lot about 300 meters from the apartment for 4 euros / 24h. Please note that the spa and wellness center is in the hotel and that the entrances to the apartment and the hotel are located on different sides of the same building.
