This villa is located on a finca surrounded by untouched nature at an elevation of 300 meters above sea level, the breeze is refreshing and the mosquitos are rare. The surroundings are peaceful and tranquil. The modern villa, built in 2023, features three bedrooms with queen-size beds, each equipped with its own bathroom offering sunrise views. The spacious living room with a kitchen island, cozy TV corner, starlink wifi and large dining table invites you to spend wonderful hours. Right outside your door, a saltwater pool awaits for refreshing dips, while next to the house, there is a fire pit and a lookout tower. We recommend arriving with an off-road vehicle, as the last 2 kilometers are currently unpaved, which will make your journey more comfortable.

We are a small family who moved from Switzerland two years ago. Alongside our three-year-old son, we spend our days tending to the finca and taking care of our guests. We have a passion for gardening and warmly welcome every visitor. We also reside on the premises and are delighted to be personally available for our guests

The finca is surrounded by untouched nature. There is no road noise, and the starry sky shines here in its fullest glory. In about 30 minutes by car, you can reach the towns of Cabrera and Rio San Juan, as well as the beautiful beaches surrounding these towns, such as Playa Caleton and Playa Grande.
