This stylish 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath strategically located in Cap Cana near restaurants, shopping, exclusive beaches and other amenities is the perfect get-a-way for a peaceful weekend trip or extended vacation. Family friendly and only a 10-15 minute commute to the Punta Cana Airport. ***Renters must provide copy of their passports or ID for all adults that will be staying in our Condo PRIOR to arriving so that we can provide a pass (QR code) into Cap Cana, Send info / pix through BOOKING Messages otherwise you can't gain access to our condo or Cap Cana and you won't be able to gain the access code to the condo door***
located within walking distance to bakery shop, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket, liquor store, pharmacy, banks, hospital clinic, rental cars, FEDEX / UPS / DHL, hardware store, furniture store. Few minutes by car to more shopping, restaurants, grocery store, convenience stores, marina, exclusive beaches and restaurants. Only 10-15 minute drive to/from Punta Cana International airport. There is a dedicated parking, space B303 for one guest vehicle. Lots of amenities are located within walking distance. Elevator is available.
