There are four nice bedrooms with double beds and closet space. Of the two bathrooms, one is equipped with a whirlpool, sauna and shower. The kitchen-living room is spacious with a large dining table and a lovely sofa corner where everyone can make themselves comfortable. A fireplace stove provides coziness and an air to air heat pump is used to warm the premises. The internet connection is fast (120/20 MBit). Outside, you can enjoy the morning sun in the comfortable lounge corner. There are also several partially covered terraces equipped with quality garden furniture, sun loungers and a garden bench with table, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun. At the house there is parking for four cars. You'll live just a five-minute walk from Arrild's popular indoor swimming pool, to which eight people have free admission. Shopping and a fishing lake are also within walking distance. The cottage is located in the cottage settlement Ferieby Arrild in a naturally beautiful area with plenty of space.
